These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. They do not affect any rights you have by law as a consumer.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Our products

• We sell new, factory-sealed trading card game products. Photos are for illustration. Box art, promo cards and packaging can vary from the images shown.
• Booster packs, boxes and other randomised products contain random cards. We do not open, weigh or search product, and we cannot guarantee which cards, rarities or “hits” any product contains.
• We try to keep product details accurate. If we find an error in a description or price after you order, we will contact you before sending anything.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency on the site. Any tax and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and quantity limits

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may limit quantities per customer, especially on new releases, and may cancel orders that exceed limits or look fraudulent. We refund any cancelled order in full.

5. Pre-orders

Release dates are set by the publishers and can change. If a publisher delays a release or reduces our allocation, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched.

6. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed with your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

8. Trademarks

We are an independent retailer. Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball Super Card Game, One Piece Card Game and all related names, logos and artwork are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their names and images are used only to identify the products we sell.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for delays caused by events outside our control.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the store is established. This does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
