This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop at tcgcardlegend.com (“the store”, “we”, “us”), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We sell sealed trading card game products.

• Order information: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and the products you buy.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Account information: if you create an account, your login details, saved addresses and order history.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Wishlist: products you save to your wishlist.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the cookies described below.

How we use it

• To process, pack, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To answer your questions and messages.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you (orders), our legal obligations (tax records), your consent (newsletter), and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the store.

Cookies

We use cookies that the store needs to work, such as keeping items in your cart, remembering your login and your chosen currency, and saving your wishlist. The site also uses caching to load faster. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

Who we share it with

We share only what each party needs to do its job: payment providers (to take payment), delivery companies (to deliver your order), our website host and email service (to run the store and send emails), and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact messages: as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your rights

Security

The store uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer data is limited to what is needed to run the shop. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Children

The store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Younger collectors should ask a parent or guardian to place orders.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
