Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Delivery costs

Orders of $1,499 or more ship free, anywhere we deliver.

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $5.99 per order, however many items you buy. International orders ship for a flat $19.99 per order. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships

• In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Pre-orders ship as soon as the product is released and reaches us. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, it may be held until everything is available unless you ask us to split it.
• You will receive an email when your order ships, with tracking where the service provides it.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us.

How we pack

Collectors care about the condition of the box as well as what is inside, so sealed product is packed with protection on the corners and edges and cannot move around in transit.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

• Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.
• If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.
• Damaged items are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
